eLearning Development

Learning is all about forming relationships. It's about the relationship between the known and the unknown. So the question is, how do we form this relationship? We form it through the stories we tell.
The best teachers in the world have used metaphors and similes to help their students understand their lessons. At ELA, our eLearning consultants do the same thing. We use work related examples and real life metaphors to make our elearning courses resonate with learners; and this, in turn, leads to learner retention.
Let us be your eLearning storytellers...
Instructional Design
eLearning is nothing without effective instructional design. All of our courses go through a specific learning cycle which promotes comprehension and retention. Adult learners have specific needs, and our Instructional Designers meet those needs using effective scenarios/examples and relavent questions based on provided material.
LMS Compatability
One of the strengths of eLearning is the ability to track and maintain student scores. Our team will work to make sure that our courses work flawlessly, no matter what LMS you use. Our developers are very familiar with the most common reporting options and make sure that all courses are compliant and error free.
Website Design
It has been our experience that, many times, clients realize that they need a new website to match the look of their newly created courses. So, in addition to effective eLearning, we also provide website creation for small to mid-size businesses. There are two website options availabe: template-based or completely customized. KnowledgeBase Management
Knowledge Base Management Systems (KBMS), specially constructed for effective and efficient management of knowledge bases, with the aim of filling part of
the technological gap between artificial intelligence and databases. we investigate in detail the design process, the architecture, and the
working methods of knowledge based systems (KS) in order to point out the key characteristics of the field as well as its current limitations, which serve
then as basis for an exact formulation of KS requirements. An analysis and evaluation of other approaches (e.g., conventional DBS, non-standard DBS,
coupling expert systems and DBS) to knowledge management is given.
